Biography:
Meet Paul Cazzar, a rising force in the electronic music scene whose journey through sound has deeply been influenced by the legendary sounds of Sasha and John Digweed. Born and bred in Melbourne, where the culture was saturated with progressive house, Paul's musical odyssey is a testament to his genuine love for the genre.

From the very beginning, Paul found himself captivated by the sonic landscapes crafted by pioneers like Sasha and Digweed, Anthony Pappa, Nick Warren, Deep Dish, Dave Seaman, and a myriad of amazing local artists who were pioneering the sound throughout the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Their ability to weave intricate melodies and hypnotic rhythms left a lasting mark on his musical soul, sparking a passion that would then become the driving force behind his DJing persona.

For Paul, progressive house is not just a genre; it's a movement, a sonic journey that resonates with the core of his being. His sets are a carefully curated blend of hypnotising rhythms, emotive melodies, driving basslines, and creating ethereal atmospheres—a testament to the profound connection he shares with the genre.

FINNEST presents "SAKURA" by Dkatt & Nic David, in its first reference of its division "Underground Series"

On side A, we can hear the main track, “Sakura”, a very elegant minimal with a bassline full of energy and movement accompanied by a full-bodied kick, stabs full of dynamite and some pads that take you straight to the sky.

As side B, “Meet Of Fate”, with a deeper bassline, this time accompanied by a very crunchy groove, beautiful melodies and amazing automations that make you feel like you are continually going up and down under the general vibe of the track.

Ultimately, there couldn't be a better presentation for the label than this great launch from these two great London-based producers.

Paul Mack is a UK DJ and producer based in Jersey, Channel Islands.
He is best known for his collaboration with Marc Mitchell as 'Human Movement' and their Renaissance anthem 'Love Has Come Again' has been considered a trance classic by many.
Paul & Human Movement have released tracks on labels such as Whoop!, Bedrock, Renaissance, Kinetic, A:Loud, LuPS and have also appeared on compilations including Gatecrasher, Ministry of Sound, Cream Anthems, Trance Nation & many more worldwide.
As a DJ Paul delivers hypnotic & uncompromising sets that cross bridges between house, progressive and techno.
Equally comfortable playing chillout sessions, peak hour sets or twisted after-parties his ability to layer sounds and build energy levels has always made Paul stand out from the crowd.
Alongside good friend Stuart King (Sunday Club, Stress Records) he is resident DJ for Jersey club night 'Audio' who have welcomed guests including Jimmy Van M, Quivver, Jody Wisternoff, Max Graham, Guy J, Chris Lake, Behrouz, Anthony Pappa, Deepsky, Charlie May and many more.
