Singer/songwriter Rob Tobias and I re arranged this traditional "Shaker Hymn" with some additional Tobias lyrics and the unique sound combinations of Hurdy Gurdy, melodica, harmonica and guitar as well as our vocal harmonizations. This tune was intended to be played at an environmental conference for elementary school children.

This original song(music by Paul Safar and lyrics by the "Father of CPR", Peter Safar) was recorded by the Eugene,Oregon based group The Love Truffle in 2003.  Sean Brennan, drums  Michael Hatgis,bass Paul Safar, piano and voice and Nancy Wood, voice. This fun and quirky tune is meant to convey the basic principles of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in a first aid setting.
