Original source recordings are from two different parties at the house next door.an ark lamp that was loud enough to get above the other sounds.  Not sure any of this describes the "mood" of teh piece but there you go.  The piece is in two parts.  The first "movement" is based around a speed/pitch altered recording of loud partying over a hiphop baseline.
