Music has the power to transport us to another time and place. The All Canadian Soundclash loves to harness that power with a broad audience of fellow music lovers and passionate musicians alike. Ever since a young age, Andrew Michelin has found great joy and satisfaction by being involved in the creative music process. That is the reason Andrew Michelin has created and released this stunning collection of songs to the world with this, his debut full length album “Better late than never”, and it means just that. After a long departure from the music scene because of seeking out other creative outlets throughout the years, Andrew is back with his first professional studio recording produced by Award winning Producer & Musician Dale Murray. Dale comes from Canadian musical royalty as being the nephew of the iconic Canadian Singer Anne Murray and has also proven himself to be one of the most talented and versatile musicians on the Canadian music scene. After releasing his debut album Brighter Lives, Darker Side and spending seven years backing some of Canada’s greatest talents (Hayden, Cuff The Duke, Joel Plaskett, Buck 65, Christina Martin, Matt Mays)in the studio and on the road, Dale, Andrew and talented drummer Jordi Comstock have proven to be quite the musical powerhouse. The first single off of the album is “She won’t play your game” an upbeat number with a steady rhythm section that automatically entrances the listener and fuels the song along like a steady freight train.

Two years ago today, on Rudi's birthday, we released "Dream of Hebrides", our first collab. We decided to release another version, we had created, at a later date, but where does the time go, Rudi said this morning.... as it is 2 years later, on this anniversary, that we now give you that version.

Dream Of Hebrides - Anniversary    (Rudi & Lizzie)

A couple of months ago, Rodolfo Planes from Tierra del Fuego sent me a wonderful piece of music (in a different key and without lead guitar) that he hoped I’d write lyrics for… 
I was so excited that the first verse popped into my head almost straightaway, and with great patience and honesty, Rodolfo lead me through the learning curve that would be the gestation of this song.
The passionate music somehow stirred in me a sense of longing and belonging, combined with the enforced isolation from loved ones during lockdown. I think Rodolfo’s music helped me express this powerfully.
His solo still continues to move me even after countless listens. I am very grateful to him for this opportunity and I sincerely hope we can work on other projects.
