This is the recording of our last event in the Viennese Club "Praterstrasse". We recorded to parts and this is the first one. It was a true pleasure to spinn some records together with my friend Flani.

Flani entspringt dem wienerischen Ausdruck „flanieren“. Bekanntlich ist ja der Weg das Ziel und so hält er es auch bei seinen Darbietungen. Er gibt den Weg vor und lässt jedem das individuelle Ziel frei. Flani hatte schon immer Freude daran, seine Gäste in ungeahnte Höhen zu katapultieren, bevor er sie kurz vor dem Aufschlag wieder auffängt, nur um anschließend noch eine Stufe höher zu fahren. Mit seinen Sets handhabt er es genauso – unerwartete Höhen, gefolgt von sanften melodischen „Ruhepausen“ bevor er die nächste Platte aus seiner gut sortierten Sammlung spielt.
