As a label owner and a DJ receiving a steady stream of promo materials, Roman Messer naturally keeps an eye out for new talent. Mike Zaloxx, hailing from Switzerland, has his roots in the big room house scene, but has recently made a transition into trance music. Never one to miss out on promising artists, Roman eagerly joined forces with Mike to produce 'Lately'.

An energetic uplifting trance record, 'Lately' is melodic, full of warm and lush synthwork driven by the relentless stomping kickdrum and bassline. Capable of bringing any dancefloor to life with its power and best reserved for peak time moments, the track introduces vocals by the scene veteran Jennifer Rene as a cherry on top. Rene is renowned in the world of trance and progressive for her work with the likes of Armin van Buuren, Joe Amnesia and Markus Schulz to name a few, and has now graced Roman and Mike's new track with her vocal performance, having previously appeared on another Suanda Music release earlier this year.

Road tested by Roman Messer in his livesets, notably at the Trancemission shows this summer and most recently at Untold Festival in Romania, 'Lately' is the latest single taken from his upcoming artist album 'Written In The Stars' that is set for release later this year.

The single’s release is completed with a trance translation from Giuseppe Ottaviani, Wee-O’s irrepressibly uplifting, festival-minded rework, a housier creation from bright-young-thing Owen Westlake and an enigmatic, ether-steeped official vid from US features director/producer, Adam Mason.

He crafts a more aggressive bassline for a bigger club appeal but retains the simplicity of the gorgeous main hook. The second track is the popular "Wild Horses" from Hazem Beltagui & Adara and Coldharbour favorite Harry Square adds his touch with something more aggressive and peak time. The next track is an original from newcomer ReSeize. A unique groove and bass compliments clever stabs as he works this piece of music in a unique way for something we're in love with. Last but not least is Jordan (Jorza)'s remix of fellow American Mike Saint-Jules' "Robot Future". Jorza's remix is a club appealing affair with the right elements to ignite a dance floor.
