"I wanted to make a mix that could be listened to at home, but that at the same time reflects part of what my DJing is today. That's why I decided to record it with an Allen & Heath Xone:92 mixer and three CDJs and inject my approach and technique, I guess. I thought about the tracklist for almost two months, trying to make it a document that can be listened today, but hopefully also revisited as time goes by."

In a region where art and music are rarely a priority, we keep dancing, keep creating, and keep loving louder. It’s political, tender and loud — just like us.

"Once a year in honor of the old Ostgut tradition, Berghain closes its doors to the straight crowd and unleashes a no-holds barred gay marathon where anything goes.
