A Kaleidoscopic play with sound, shifting pitch, morphing timbre and varying amplitude. The sound manipulation techniques are used as a compositional resource. The duration, amplitude, and spatial positions of sounds are based on two layers, one is chosen by chance and therefore is indeterminate and the other based on a script. This combination is the main cause of the fluidity of this track. The jazzy Rhodes piano is played by Max Pazhutan. This track is taken from the album "Connections".

Windy's First Reaction

What I know about optical realism is its scientific interest in the actual experience and effect of movement on objects. This is also clear in Prélude à l'après-midi d'un faune. If it comes with a naïve vision which is perfectly untainted by intellectual preconceptions (and happens in France) we call it Impressionism. But if making impressionistic scenes happen with sounds of  Nintendo DSi's Elektroplankton, (and not in Paris), what should we call that???

Computer science must focus on creating computers that can do what we consider intelligent. Artificial Intelligence impacts our lives.

Russell Hoffman, the brain behind Evaton Technologies and harp virtuosa Julia Ann Scott visited Pazhutan Ateliers in August 2018. We had an amazing day of creativity as we fused different ideas while improvising on our instruments. In my humble opinion, this is the most perfect version of "Pacific Space" series to this day.
