A tsunami is a series of waves in a water body caused by the displacement of a large volume of water, generally in an ocean or a large lake. Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other underwater explosions (including detonations, landslides, glacier calvings, meteorite impacts and other disturbances) above or below water all have the potential to generate a tsunami. Unlike normal ocean waves, which are generated by wind, or tides, which are in turn generated by the gravitational pull of the Moon and the Sun, a tsunami is generated by the displacement of water from a large event. Tsunami waves do not resemble normal undersea currents or sea waves because their wavelength is far longer.  Rather than appearing as a breaking wave, a tsunami may instead initially resemble a rapidly rising tide. For this reason, it is often referred to as a tidal wave. The Ancient Greek historian Thucydides suggested in his 5th century BC History of the Peloponnesian War that tsunamis were related to submarine earthquakes, but the understanding of tsunamis remained slim until the 20th century, and much remains unknown. Tantra (Sanskrit: तन्त्र) literally means "loom, warp, weave".
According to Padoux, the verbal root Tan means: "to extend", "to spread", "to spin out", "weave", "display", "put forth", and "compose". Therefore, by extension, it can also mean "system", "doctrine", or "work".

Tantra (/ˈtæntrə/; Sanskrit: तन्त्र, lit. 'expansion-device, salvation-spreader; loom, weave, warp') refers to an esoteric yogic tradition that developed on the Indian subcontinent from the middle of the 1st millennium CE onwards in both Hinduism and Buddhism.
The term tantra, in the Indian traditions, also means any systematic broadly applicable "text, theory, system, method, instrument, technique or practice".
A key feature of these traditions is the use of mantras, and thus they are commonly referred to as Mantramārga ("Path of Mantra") in Hinduism or Mantrayāna ("Mantra Vehicle") and Guhyamantra ("Secret Mantra") in Buddhism.

In just 2 years, the New Zealand-based producer and classically-trained musician has become a rising star in the realm of electronica. Her breath-taking mixture of ambient and house music (a sound she tags as lullaby house) has earned her remix opportunities for artists like TÂCHES and a top 3 placement on Apple Music’s Swedish electronic charts.

On her latest project, she gracefully navigates the space between meditative stillness and vibrant movement, showcasing her lullaby house aesthetic at its peak. Laced with airy vocals and soft synths, the uplifting yet comforting “Moirai” stands as a shining example and serves as the EP’s centerpiece. Its healing touch is complemented by it’s accompanying single “Seven Sisters” – a track made as an ode to letting go.

Lune EP ultimately is an invitation for listeners to tend to their inner world through imagination, immersion, and uplifting soundscapes.

Make me feel - Late Night Chill House & Techno – Electronic Vibes

Based in Haarlem, the Netherlands, Thomas Gaarthuis, better known by his artist name Thommie G, releases his debut EP on Tropical Twista Records. 

Inspired by his travels to the South American continent, the EP, titled ‘Athinouk’, delivers 3 tracks, touching sounds and elements from the Andes to the Amazon rainforest. 

Thomas was caught by the enchantment of music since the very beginning. Working as a graphic designer for 16 years, it felt natural to step into the world of sound design. Having a big affinity with tribal music since the nineties, he combines organic sounds and rhythms to his productions, carrying the listener to places beyond their audio system. Although not married to a specific genre, his style touches elements of deep, melodic and tribal. 

He produces different sounds for different occasions, mostly by himself, sometimes joining forces with other musicians.His music is played by a number of DJ's, such as Oceanvs Orientalis, Pigmaliâo (Voodoohop), Luis Rosenberg, Urban Cosmonaut Radio collective and more. 

Besides that, 2015 saw the birth of Dancing under the stars (Dansen onder de Sterren), Thomas' own club night in his hometown of Haarlem.
