Mohammed Elsusi   known artistically as El Susi  is a rapper, videographer, and producer from Gaza, Palestine, currently based in Stavanger, Norway.
He began exploring audio engineering and music production at the age of 16, eventually co-founding the group Revolution Makers with his brother Osama. Growing up under siege in Gaza, El Susi developed his voice in resistance creating music that dared to confront injustice, poverty, and the realities of life under occupation.
Limited by political and economic restrictions, he built his craft independently, using makeshift studios and collaborating with a tight-knit network of Gazan creatives. His sound blends rap with Arabic melodies, traditional instrumentation, and electronic elements drawing influence from both his cultural roots and icons like Tupac, Dr. Dre, and Ice Cube.
For over 14 years, El Susi has remained committed to building an authentic narrative through music writing, composing, and directing not only his own work, but also producing songs and videos for other Palestinian artists.
After facing displacement and surviving six months under the genocide in Gaza, he fled to Egypt, and later found refuge in Norway through the ICORN City of Refuge program in May 2024.

Now based in Stavanger, El Susi continues to create raw, unfiltered music grounded in lived experience. His upcoming projects aim to connect local and international artists in resistance, while amplifying the stories of those silenced by war, racism, and exile.
