This track was composed in retrospect of a very intense time in my life when I was dealing with chronic anxiety, insomnia and OCD. I wanted to write something that was a juxtaposition of those feelings.

music is always about expressing myself, but sometimes there's just nothing to express. i've been dealing with depression and emptiness for a while now and it's hard to get back on track.
this ambient song describes my state for the past few months..
