バカを見たバカが、たまたまバカを見ることのなかったバカを誘ってバカンスに出掛けたのは、四月バカの前日で、バカに陽気な日であった。
陽気なバカであふれる海岸を見渡すと、バカを見たほうのバカは、バカを 見なかったほうのバカに向かって言った。
「バカは一度バカを見ると、賢いバカになる。そうして賢いバカは何もし ないで、こうやって日光浴をする。」
バカを見なかった方のバカは、バカを見た方のバカの言っている意味が分 からなかったが、バカにされているのに気付いてこう言った。
「バカを言え。それでは我々は、日光浴はやめて、別のバカをやろう。」
バカを見なかったバカは、バカばかりが集まる浜辺へと駆け出すと、ビー チパラソルを根こそぎ引き抜いた。
日除けを奪われて、陽気なバカの群れは一斉に海へと飛び込んだ。すると 大きなサメが現れて、バカたちをバカバカと食べてしまった。
バカを見たバカは、その様子をじっと眺めていたが、バカを見なかったバ カまでサメに飲み込まれるのを見て、大きなため息をついた。
「なんというバカなことをしたのか、海が危険なことはバカでも知ってい る筈なのに。」
バカを見たバカはそこで初めて、自分が二度目のバカを見たことを知った。
そこで、何も知らないバカのために、「三月の海に入るのはバカ」という 立て札を打ち込むと、きた道をゆっくりと戻っていった。
二度のバカを見たバカのその後の行方は、バカですら知らない。また知ろ うとするバカもいなかった。再びバカなことが起こるまでは。

Soundtrack from the movie Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence (戦場のメリークリスマス), a.k.a. Furyo in Europe, directed by Nagisa Oshima, and starring David Bowie, Tom Conti, Ryuichi Sakamoto and Takeshi Kitano.

The instrument is a Kawai VPC1 controlling a Clavia Nord Stage 2, using a sampled Yamaha C7 grand piano, and... straight from the 80's a sampled preset named "Touch Perco" from the Yamaha DX7 mk2 synth.
