Bio: 
Charles Rain, aka PANIC STATE started his Production and DJ career over a decade ago. Ranging from Electro, Progressive, Dubstep, Breakbeats and Trance, his variety is ever changing and can only be described by listening to his elaborate productions or experiencing one of his epic live sets. 
Charles' passion for the art stems far beyond electronic music, to the young age of five when he picked up his first pair of drum sticks. From that moment on music engulfed his life and paved the way for where he is today.

The Musical Journey:
Deon du Toit matriculated in 1997 from Ficksburg HIgh School in 1997, after a short stint at Varsity found himself back in his hometown were he dedicated his time working in his well known and respected old man Danie du Toit's factory in Lesotho. Small town syndrome is an evil disease and coming from a very musically inclined family, Deon dedicated a large part of his time studying and developing his skill in full electronic and live dj'ing, and as his skill had developed and improved so did his lust to adventure further into the world of entertainment and special events. The development, design, and management of these events was a big learning curve, gaining all vital experience/knowledge needed. Deon in his career has been very instrumental as partner to many Global events and has hosted and toured on several occasions with Top Rankings DJ's from all over the world, plus being a prominent figure in high profile events across South Africa.
