KVLININ (earlier nugatory, name birth is Platon Kalinin) is an indie rock musician who was born in Tashkent (the Republic of Uzbekistan) in 1995. As a schoolboy, he was already interested in music : he played bass guitar in the rock band called "Senses".

Later he emigrated with his family to the Russian Federation, but his departure from the band did not affect his interest in music.

In 2014, he adjusted his stage name to "KVLININ" and released his debut acoustic EP #FarAway, consisted of guitar track filled with his feelings for loved ones. In 2019, he took vocal lessons and began work on his debut studio album. The song "Chemodany" (Bags) became one of the first written ones which is currently released only in Live.

In 2021, KVLININ explored mixing and released three singles: ".SKY", "Neon Fever" and "BLVCKOUT". Nowadays, he records the debut album "Krestrazhi" (Horcruxes), expressing his inner state.
