P.L.F. - My Kindness Isn’t Weakness

October 27, 1984.  NASA hardware engineer Dr. Ryan Cresler has just received potentially civilization-altering information from the Mars listening station in the Mojave Desert.  Jump in his Testarossa as he makes the drive from L.A. to Mars.

LA to Mars is an 80’s inspired synthesizer animated concept album.  You can check out the full video and story here: 

Synthwave Nerd Stuff: All tracks were recorded in Presonus Studio One V2 using the following Soft Synths: U-he Diva, TAL-U-NO-LX, Korg Polysix and Presonus Presence. Modified presets by Howard Scar, Bronto Scorpio, Luftrum, The Unfinished, Darren Burgen, Fritz & Binary Oblivian (and others) are heavily featured throughout.  

All drum samples were taken from a vintage Linn drum machine and were recorded with a Yamaha DTXpress II drumkit.
