Patrik “tórvald” Adolfsson is a Swedish electronic music artist and producer who has been active since the late 1980s. He is known for his nostalgic and retro-inspired sound, which harkens back to the heyday of synthpop music. Born and raised in Landskrona, Patrik “tórvald” Adolfsson began his musical career in the late 1980s as a member of the synthpop band Woltage. He later embarked on a solo career and has released a number of successful albums and singles. 

Throughout his career, Patrik “tórvald” Adolfsson has been praised for his ability to create nostalgic, yet contemporary electronic music that appeals to fans of both old and new school synthpop. Patrik “tórvald” Adolfsson's music has been heavily influenced by the iconic synthpop artists of the 80s, such as Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk, as well as more contemporary electronic acts like The Postal Service  and The Radio Dept.

A new electronic project, the inspiration come from various sources. I use synths and record everything in realtime with a sequenced drumtrack.
I have my roots in the 80’s synth music with a touch of classic pop and rock.
