52 heartz, sebuah judul yang diambil dari kisah 52Hz/52 Hertz yang bercerita tentang seekor paus yang dimana ia cuma bisa bernyanyi di 
frekuensi 52hz (yg seharusnya paus hanya bisa mendengar frekuensi 15-25hz) karna frekuensi tersebut paus lain tidak bisa mendeteksi keberadaannya, akibatnya ia menjadi paus penyendiri dan tak ada satu pun paus lain yang menemuinya, ia terus berenang yg entah itu kemana tujuannya, dan hingga akhir hidupnya 

Dan di lagu ini, bercerita tentang seseorang yang kehilangan teman wanita nya yang mungkin dia kenal waktu masih duduk di bangku SMA, semenjak bertemu wanita itu kehidupannya berubah menjadi berwarna, setiap ia menatap matanya ia menjadi tenang, tapi suatu kejadian menimpa wanita tersebut, kanker ditubuhnya mulai membuat wanita itu mulai merasa "ini mungkin kita terakhir bertemu", dan si cowok hanya bisa pasrah dan menahan tangis melihat teman wanita nya meninggal, di saat hidupnya bingung, ditambah lagi keluarganya sudah tidak ada, hanya hidup sebatang kara dan yap sakit banget cok 😭😭😭
