Originally coming from the classical piano (UdK Berlin), Claudia Fox  is exploring and seeking ways to connect soundart , experimental and electronic music with the skills and sophistication of classical piano tradition.
 Her Improvisations and compositions explore inner worlds following the practice of deep listening, using field recordings and experimental sounds as a score that suggests and develops the flow of music in itself, exploring the individuality and and colors of sounds. Her influences are various, from minimalist music and the fluxus movement to musique concrete and soundart pioneers like Delia Derbishere as well as classical and contemporary composers such as Chatschaturjan, Ligeti, Arvo Pärt, as well as the Avantgarde of the early 20th century. Her music always has a playful, meditative and dreamlike soundtrack aspect to it.

Always interested in experimental and Avantgarde music, she founded the trio xxx in 2006 with various concerts at art exhibitions and fairs and experimental and noise music festivals in Berlin and Europe between 2006 and 2011.
After working with Opera singers, in classical ensembles and collaborating with diverse bands for many years, she started to focus more on enhancing her individual research and approach to creating new ideas around music, aiming to combine, melt and develop  different and new music styles and atmospheres. As a result, she startet her first solo project under the name  jakkals wolk in 2015.

Playing drums and being a producer, I bring Antwerps 90's alternative rock scene to Holland and vice-versa. Let's go back to losing ourselves in songs and performance, instead of microphones and faders.

Scheerling is a drone project by Bert van Beek. The compositions consist of folky, electronic drones. In 2014 its debut ‘Radio Kootwijk’ was released. It is currently sold out. The 17th of June Scheerling released its second album ‘Vertoeven LVI’
