The fact is that sometimes the words just won't come out. This can happen some people at some point. If you where interested in a partner and was just about to speak to them you freeze up and the words just won't come out. Nerves play a big part in this. Some people find that this is funny and have a good laught. They can't understand why this person can't talk. Thats because it has not happen to them yet.
