It has helped increased retention rates for their unit, it has created empowerment and a new sense of resiliency among their nurses, and it has given them ARMOR for dealing with difficult situations. My name is Maggie McGrath, and I'm a Traveling Registered Nurse. 
There is no doubt that Nursing is my calling. I put everything I have into this career and I’m proud of the Nurse I’ve become over the last 5 years, but I’m burned out. Every day I consider doing something else. I’ve spent the last 2 years traveling to different cities every 3 months in search of the perfect job, and I’ve learned that I’m not alone in my burnout. Using my friends that I’ve made along the way, I'm creating this podcast to help nurses like me remember why they love this profession and why they decided to become nurses in the first place.
