02 - Auraka - Roots Of The Past

Je suis heureux de vous présenter Eclipse Dream, le nouvel EP de mon projet Strange Distortion, où je vous invite à explorer un univers de sons profondément inspirés par la forêt et ses mystères. Avec cet EP, j’ai voulu sortir de ma zone de confort pour m’aventurer dans un style que j'écoute beaucoup et qui m’inspire depuis longtemps, un univers plus sombre et introspectif.

Eclipse Dream se compose de deux pistes uniques : la première est une plongée à un BPM plus lent, aux vibrations introspectives et immersives, conçue pour vous guider dans un voyage intérieur. La deuxième monte en intensité à 142 BPM, alliant groove et énergie pour un morceau pensé pour le dancefloor.

Cet EP reflète un aspect plus sombre et intense de Strange Distortion, et j’espère que cette exploration sonore saura vous toucher autant qu'elle m'a inspiré en studio. Bonne écoute !

DJ Set Mixer and producer. Brazil, Minas Gerais, Betim. Marcus had his first contact with electronic music when encouraged by friends in the industry in 2006. After several researches, starting the study in late 2011, he started exchanging experiences with several mine producers until he arrived at the label Underground Base, managed by Rodrigo Aquino (UB Tutorials).

Years after the label ended its activities, Marcus returned to professional mixing when he joined the renowned Padang Records (Brazil), which retains great artists and international titles. In the same year, he was invited to be part of Another Psyde (Australia) and was already included as a content producer and also as an agent for the label in Brazil.

Neurorythmic is back with his first full length Album, and wow was it worth the wait! From the fantasy lands of Forgotten Realms and Magic Carpet Rides, to the Futuristic Jazz of the Swing Thing remix this album takes you on many a Journey and back again. 
 Neurorythmic's Bass music project Hifibration has also started to have more of an influence on his sound design and it has really made this album quite unique in more ways than one. Nikita Tselovalnikov, the psytrance producer behind Penta, has been making music since 1988. Having played in more than thirty countries around the world, appearing repeatedly in every major festival such as Boom, Voov, Universo Paralello, Full Moon and Burning Man, Nikita has gained reputation as one of the pioneers and innovators in the psytrance world. Being identified with darkpsy, full-on and progressive genres at the same time, Penta’s unique futuristic sound has brought together people of different scenes into one swirling psychedelic dance. You will find Penta’s tracks on dozens of compilations as well as seven albums – “Pentafiles”, “Funraiser”, “Horn Please”, “Portuguese Abduction”, “Give MeFive!”, “All Shots Double”, “Swirlscape”, and "Hard Drive Malfunction". Apart from being a producer, Nikita is the designer, webmaster and the owner of AuraQuake Music record label, as well as the creator of AuraQuake t-shirt line. He is also the man behind spontaneous projects, such as Boom Radio and Universo Paralello YouTube broadcasts. Since 2008, Nikita is performing his own progressive house music under the name Azorsky. 

Recently, Nikita has started a darker, faster psytrance project Ingraval with the debut album "Rushlight" released in 2023.
