A quarter of a century djiing in trance is a milestone i'm very proud to achieve. 

Trance is and always have been my way of life, it conduce us into a blissfull state on non-egoic proportions leading to self and collective evolution. More than music, it is a tool for awareness and consciousness growth. My favourite.

This time i'm taking you into a special retrodelic journey depicting a valuable portion of the tracks that made me dance, love, and cry, time after time, and wich I had oportunity to play out loud, within this very unique feeling of altruistic sharing gifted thru power mindfull music.

Well, it has finally happened: the Portuguese aliens have taken what was theirs for several years now – that is, Nikita Tselovalnikov, the producer of Penta, the psytrance project that has been seen live in 30 countries around the world. To commemorate this fact, AuraQuake Music is happily releasing “Portuguese Abduction”, the fourth album from Nikita, now an Azores Islands resident. Packed with next generation sounds, unexpected passages and his trademark sampling, this release is a wicked pentadelic circus carousel that takes you on a wild journey through night and day. From deep and dark “No More Evil” to the funky and unpredictable “BBQ” to the vocal and full-on “Neo Cheesy” this album is for everyone. Drawing from his experience in working at the Soviet nuclear laboratory, Nikita has made sure that every track will detonate properly on every dance floor, - huge and tiny. The mastering was provided by Tim Shuldt at the 4CN-Studios, so you can expect fresh and transparent sound all the way.

Penta - BBQ

Nikita Tselovalnikov, the psytrance producer behind Penta, has been making music since 1988. Having played in more than thirty countries around the world, appearing repeatedly in every major festival such as Boom, Voov, Universo Paralello, Full Moon and Burning Man, Nikita has gained reputation as one of the pioneers and innovators in the psytrance world. Being identified with darkpsy, full-on and progressive genres at the same time, Penta’s unique futuristic sound has brought together people of different scenes into one swirling psychedelic dance. You will find Penta’s tracks on dozens of compilations as well as seven albums – “Pentafiles”, “Funraiser”, “Horn Please”, “Portuguese Abduction”, “Give MeFive!”, “All Shots Double”, “Swirlscape”, and "Hard Drive Malfunction". Apart from being a producer, Nikita is the designer, webmaster and the owner of AuraQuake Music record label, as well as the creator of AuraQuake t-shirt line. He is also the man behind spontaneous projects, such as Boom Radio and Universo Paralello YouTube broadcasts. Since 2008, Nikita is performing his own progressive house music under the name Azorsky. 

Recently, Nikita has started a darker, faster psytrance project Ingraval with the debut album "Rushlight" released in 2023.
