After five artist albums and countless releases on compilations, Penta's EP, "Numbers" comes at the beginning of the 10th year of Penta as the psy trance project. These two tracks are mathematical in nature with the first one - "Binary" bringing Nikita Tselovalnikov back to his melodic style of early years and the second one "Random Number (Live Mix)" exploring the possibility of making music on the fly, with the help of Ableton Live. That track, which maybe not as polished as other Penta's tracks, transmits a sense of spontaneity, otherwise unachievable with traditional linear methods of producing music. Both tracks are suitable for the hottest time of a party.

01 Merkaba - Earth

Zenon Records series is back w/ Guatemala-born, U.S.-based Krysalis Moon a.k.a. SMOKE SIGN.

Smoke Sign is the main project of 31 year old Portland Oregon based producer Krysalis Moon. Born in Guatemala in 1985, Krys was saved from death when he was adopted & brought to America. From a very early age he was enamoured with music (originally trained as a lead vocalist) & has a rich musical background thanks to his family. His journey with electronic music did not begin until he started organising underground dance events in 2006, but by 2009 he had fallen so deeply in love with dance music that he started on the road of creation. For the next two years Kris poured hours & hours into production, obsessively digging into Cubase until Smoke Sign was born.
Smoke Sign has an eclectic yet specific sound, pulling from both the ancient & modern worlds to weave audible magic. His conjurations are a fusion of many genres and media sources, combining elements of psytrance, house, techno, downtempo, world music & captivating vocals into his signature story telling style.

Nikita Tselovalnikov, the psytrance producer behind Penta, has been making music since 1988. Having played in more than thirty countries around the world, appearing repeatedly in every major festival such as Boom, Voov, Universo Paralello, Full Moon and Burning Man, Nikita has gained reputation as one of the pioneers and innovators in the psytrance world. Being identified with darkpsy, full-on and progressive genres at the same time, Penta’s unique futuristic sound has brought together people of different scenes into one swirling psychedelic dance. You will find Penta’s tracks on dozens of compilations as well as seven albums – “Pentafiles”, “Funraiser”, “Horn Please”, “Portuguese Abduction”, “Give MeFive!”, “All Shots Double”, “Swirlscape”, and "Hard Drive Malfunction". Apart from being a producer, Nikita is the designer, webmaster and the owner of AuraQuake Music record label, as well as the creator of AuraQuake t-shirt line. He is also the man behind spontaneous projects, such as Boom Radio and Universo Paralello YouTube broadcasts. Since 2008, Nikita is performing his own progressive house music under the name Azorsky. 

Recently, Nikita has started a darker, faster psytrance project Ingraval with the debut album "Rushlight" released in 2023.
