O DJ brasileiro-finlandês nasceu no Rio de Janeiro, cidade onde o mix de estilos musicais faz parte da cultura local; ambiente propício para o surgimento de novos estilos e tendências, como, por exemplo, a música de vanguarda. Suas influências são formadas pela evolução tecnológica da era analógica para a digital. Sua marca registrada é uma pegada dark, com atmosferas densas, envolventes e hipnóticas. 

Há mais de 20 anos na cena underground, DJ KEER a.k.a. META-TRONIC, se apresenta frequentemente em clubs na Alemanha e Finlândia, países que contribuíram para a consolidação de sua carreira artística internacional e trouxeram o aperfeiçoamento de uma técnica de mixagem apurada com aquela identidade sonora "experimental spirit of the modernist vanguard".


Suas pesquisas e estudos musicais proporcionam uma odisseia auditiva inovadora e envolvente, fusão de toda experiência sonora adquirida no período de transição que marcou profundamente a indústria fonográfica mundial contemporânea. 

Seu estilo Deep Dark hipnótico é contagiante; META-TRONIC é o caminho para viajar por mundos desconhecidos da música eletrônica underground.

META-TRØNIC, aka Kaarlo, co-founder of Rio Underground Records, is a Finnish/Brazilian DJ and producer, one of the remnants of the old school underground scene in Rio de Janeiro.

His passion for electronic music started in the mid 90's when he met the DJ who brought the technoculture from Germany to Rio. Through this opportunity, Kaarlo contacted the techno temple from Copacabana, Bunker club, and got a job as a club promoter. This was the bridge to connect him to the electronic music business.

In a couple of years, his network allowed him to organize his own events and find his fate becoming a DJ/Producer. In the early 2000s, dedicating over 8 hours/day to the practice of turntablism, his talent was recognized by the club, and he was invited to become a resident.

He consolidated his career, smashing dance floors in countries as Argentina, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, and Brazil, playing on the hottest clubs and massive festivals, where the crowd felt the power of his beat. META-TRØNIC shared the stage with Christian Smith, Alex Bau, Christian Fischer, Monoroom, Stefano Noferini, PleasureKraft, DJ Hell, among others, and set the pulse in events like the Chemical Music Festival, held by Skol Beats (BR), and the acclaimed fashion event Rio Fashion Week.

During the COVID pandemic, engaging himself to keep the scene alive, he joined IsolA.M.E.nto Musical held by Bloco A.M.E. (RJ), which became the world's biggest live streaming electronic music festival. 

META-TRØNIC is a storyteller who will take you on a  journey through the dark side of electronic music.

Always experimenting and searching for new atmospheres, Kaarlo now a.k.a. META-TRONIC has the audience in his heart and music in his soul.
