Tchami vs Oliver Heldens // Future House Mix

Bio: 

Electric Indigo works as musician, composer and DJ. Her name stands for the intelligent interpretation of techno and electronic music. She started her DJ career in 1989 in Vienna and worked at the legendary Hard Wax record store in Berlin from 1993 to 1996. In 1998, she created female:pressure, an international database for female artists in the fields of electronic music and digital arts which got an Honorary Mention at Prix Ars Electronica 2009. In 2012, she received the 'oustanding artist award' in the category Computer Music and the national grant for composition 2013 from the Austrian Ministry for Arts and Culture. She makes music for concert spaces, clubs, sound installations and occasionally for stage plays and short films. In her compositions and live performances, she emphasizes the spatial-temporal placement of subtly elaborated sounds and structures, often generated from speech recordings. Electric Indigo shuttles between Vienna and Berlin.

Neel [ Prologue ] Italy

This is Neel's live recording set at FullPanda Night in Berlin. 

Giuseppe Tillieci, aka Neel, grew up in Curinga, southern Italy. Neel has always been fascinated by electronic music and the technical aspects behind it. Pushing his curiosity a notch further, he built his first mixer at the age of 13. He developed his own personal taste for experimental sounds at the University of Music in Rome and subsequently in Rotterdam. In that period Neel found his obvious fulfillment in obscure, deep and underground electronics. His set is deep house-techno going through ambient atmospheares and melting with different performance situations, without anything really being defined or predictable.

The man has always had a strong flair for music production, which produced the collaboration with Prologue Music and, in 2011, the first "Voices From the Lake" EP release. The Voices From The Lake project – Neel’s collaboration with Donato Dozzy – grew from both their professional and social history. It’s the result of a long, hot summer in the studio, working side by side. The VFTL project already has an album scheduled for early 2012 as well as an intense live tour focused on the interaction between digital and analogue machines.

Neel’s solo album will be released in 2012 on Canadian label Silent Season in addition to other stuff on Prologue.
