Perc Trax’s Welsh born, London based acid wizard Truss returns after the success of his recent releases on Sigha’s Our Circula Sound imprint and his remix (in collaboration with Sigha) of Perc’s own ‘You Saw Me’. 

‘Ganymede is Truss’ first Perc Trax outing since ‘Osbasten’ back in summer 2010 and from the outset demonstrates how far his sound has progressed. Fusing the attitude of classic early R&S with modern techno, he layers razor sharp hoover stabs over a heavily swung, bass-laden groove.

Remixes come from fast-rising Semantica/Horizontal Ground producer Skirt and label boss Perc. The former deepens the track, adding more atmospherics over the original’s broken beat kick, whilst Perc sharpens up the hoover stabs even more and adds layer upon layer of his trademark crushing metallic percussion.

Rounding off the EP is ‘Hackney’, a 4/4 jackin’ acid stomper, with a sound that is at the forefront of the current UK renaissance in stripped down, in-yer-face techno.

Truss - Ganymede (Perc Trax) - preview

An eclectic mix ooh.
I'm into ambient, minimal/industrial techno, glitch,
dark dubstep, trance, garage, deep/dark/witch house

I am just a guy forming some sound's in a experiential manner, so i can learn what sound actually is and how to form it.
(Mostly i listen to music, making some own is new for me)

I start hearing music at ~1998 (I was ~13 at this time) with a "Bravo Hits" CD (I forgot wich volume), bought together with my first CD player.
After a while enjoying some Pop Music, I manage to get a "Technodrome" CD number 11 from a friend and THIS was the point where
I start get interest for electronic Music. I never hear such "things" before and it forms me into a "Teknot" like human ^_^.
("Teknot" = An old German term for people that like listen to Techno Music)

After hearing this CD anything was different. My next CD i manage to get was a "Thunderdome" Volume 10 and this makes things even more "worse" ^_^ and i start get interest in Hardcore Techno. This interest last ~15 years before i start searching some new/different music.

After this very long time, where i almost only listen to Hardcore music, i start seeking some new Techno music genres.

And my musical journey Beginns.  > ; ]

Long story short, the order i listen music (My Musical chronology) is like follow:

Pop > Techno > Hardcore / Gabber / French Core > House > Hard Techno > Rave > Hard Rave > Hard Trance > Rhythmic Noise > Power Electronics > ...

So, i like/love hard electronic music about anything else.
