 Alex Sayz, born Alex Ghanati, is a Swedish DJ and electronic dance music producer who has to date played more than 2000 gigs . Alex represents a blend of two elements: a lengthy love affair with EDM and a drive to deliver an euphoric dance floor experience. His confidence and artistic edge as a DJ continue to fuel his practice of pushing a dance floor to its limit while engaging the crowd on an emotional level.

At a pivotal point in his already successful career, Alex and Niklas Bergwall founded TopDJ Music. Now considered one of Sweden's most successful independent dance music companies, the venture started out with the releases of Alex Sayz´s solo productions . Expanding to include collaborations with artists such as Starkillers, Evi (Lasgo), John de Sohn and Mario Vasquez, TopDJ Music has grown to become today´s respected label, management and publishing agency.


Outside of his work at TopDJ Music, Alex's career has grown dramatically over the last years. Recent collaborations with Nadia Ali and Kid Massive led to a long list of successful releases on labels such as Musical Freedom, Revealed Recordings, Warner Music and Armada Music. With "Faces" featured on Tiesto's compilation "Club Life Vol. 1 Las Vegas" and both "Shame On Me" and "Hate To Love" garnering widespread respect on the Billboard Music charts,  it was not surprising that Alex would   be commissioned to do remixes for US artists Enrique Iglesias and Jason Derulo. His list of top-tier supporters includes: David Guetta, Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Avicii, Nicky Romero, Hardwell, Axwell and many, many more. 

OKeh short history: 

OKeh was founded by Otto K. E. Heinemann when he set up his own recording studio and gramophone record pressing plant in New York City in September 1918. Heinemann formed the name of the record label "OKeh", from his initials.  OKeh began by issuing popular songs, dance numbers, and vaudeville skits similar to the fare of other labels, but Heineman also wished to experiment with music for audiences neglected by the larger record companies. OKeh produced lines of recordings in German, Czech, Polish, Swedish, and Yiddish for the USA's immigrant communities. In 1920, Ralph Peer's recordings by African-American blues singer Mamie Smith were a surprise smash hit for Okeh. The company perceived the significant, little-tapped market for blues and jazz by African American artists. Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington and Bix Beiderbecke are only a few names of jazz greats that have recorded for the label. By 1926 Columbia Records bought the label and kept it running into the 60's with jazz and R&B recordings. 

In 1994, Sony Music reactivated the OKeh label as a new-age Blues label. Okeh's first new signings included Keb' Mo, Popa Chubby, and Little Axe. By 2000, the Okeh label was again retired, but in 2013 it will see its re-launch as a jazz label once again.
