Jonjo Jury has been DJing for nearly a decade, after starting out with legendary indie club Trash. Currently he is a resident DJ at PWP in Milan, with the internationally renowned Durrr. His own East London monthly, Hot Boy Dancing Spot, has a residency at London XOYO and has also hosted parties for Elmgreen & Dragset, and the Garage Centre of Contemporary Culture at the Venice Biennial...

Jonjo Jury - ArtBucket (In Flagranti Remix)

Minimalist Re‑born seems to be exploring a bold direction with “Purple Ritual,” offering listeners an immersive experience. The chorus, which references Plexa Pearl’s “Imagination,” brings a sense of familiarity to the track, while new ambient and electronic arrangements create a rich, almost ceremonial atmosphere.
The reused chorus is handled with subtlety, evoking a sense of déjà vu that blends with grainy textures, airy synths, and delicate percussion, highlighting a contrast between the familiar and the unexplored. Altogether, it gives the impression of a contemporary trance, a kind of sonic ritual reimagined through an electronic lens.

Berlin duo The/Das release their sophomore album, Exit Strategies, on Life And Death. The absorbing 12-tracker is the result of a period of searching that finds the new line-up of Fabian Fenk and Philipp Koller combine multiple ideas, layers, fragments and sounds and refine their distinct idea of techno tenderness. It makes for a soothing and escapist 60 minute listen that works as well at home, on headphones, as it does loud in the club.

South America's finest Ricardo Tobar returns with 'La Condamine', an EP of melodic and cosmic electronic music adventures. The four-track EP is the first release on MUSAR, a new experimental imprint out of Tel Aviv. As you can expected from a premium sound designer and tastemaker, Tobar's EP channels his roots from classic 80's darkwave analog sounds and the melodic, softer edges of early IDM.

'Rue Calme' is a deep and uplifting psychedelic trip that straddles the Chilean artist's forever dueling light and dark sound worlds, while title track 'La Condamine' draws on influences such as Boards of Canada, Orbital and science fiction movies, with an epic sunset-perfect melody and warm drums. The release comes with two stellar remixes by Marc Piñol and Ulrich Schnauss.
