There's something about the darkness of the world that pulls us all into a state of wonder, fascination & calmness. Something about not being able to see exactly what lies ahead & that is exactly the kind of presentiment of this elaborate production titled "Parallels" brings. Right from the moment this spectacular original starts, it draws you in with the pulsing thuds of the percussions wrapped around a strong, crisp bass that cuts through the air effortlessly, almost like a warning for whatever the listener is contemplating at that moment. As the production builds, the stark, emotion inducing melodic line starts to form around and the effect of that is sheer breathlessness at how stunning it sounds. Last but not least, to complete this amazing release and to end a remarkable line of remixes, it's the Brit based producer responsible for a superlative line of productions that are etched into our playlist, that’s right, its D05. Completing such a variety filled package, he practically strips down the original to create this marvelous, relaxed remix that has an attractive way of building up the tension with the slow rising introduction of each sound. From the minimal percussions, to the steady but light bass, the prominent synth sounds that he is renowned for make an appearance in the form of delicate yet melodic lines. This lovely production is definitely vibrant, punchy & leaves a reeling effect of being surrounded by angelic movements, all depicted in such a way that you cant help but want more.
