Folk Harmonica and noisy guitars, Hawaïan « lapsteel » guitar drowned in echo, minimalist beats and analog synths.
Though Adieu Gary Cooper was born of American references - from the Velvet Underground to 90s Indie Rock via Suicide's minimalistic electronic music or Springsteen's eloquence - the band knows where it's from - the shore of the Leman Lake - and so sings exclusively in its native French about the everyday struggle and the slow dehumanization of the world.

Sur une ligne floue, où s'agitent les bêtes marines, une anguille, une murène et un chacal des eaux comptent les vagues. Leurs yeux bordés de larmes-algues, le tempo figé dans leurs cerveaux Arc-en-ciel, ils fixent du regard l'Horizon Liquide avec le respect et la plénitude de ceux qui savent. Beide verliebt in Analog-Synthesizers und kosmische, sphärische Frequenzen nehmen sie den Perkussionisten und Sänger Serge Ghazale direkt aus dem musikalischen Untergrund von Beirut in ihre rauschigen, unendlichen Jamsessions auf. 
Sie nehmen dich mit vom mittleren Osten in den Sechzigern bis nach Detroit der 80er- Jahre. Das Tanzbein schwingen und in den Rythmen zu den Synthie-Geräuschen untergehn!
