About Analog Trip:
His name is Kosmas and was born in Athens, in 1972. From early on his life you could find not only monophonic keyboards in his room, but also old synths .. Drum machines and sequencers, which were connected to his hi-fi, as well as some dance vinyls from different music areas. He began mixing at 17 in radio and cafes, and during his studies at University, he experimented on electronic sounds and jammed with the electro-band VCF, that was already well-known by their live gigs in places like the FACTORY, DOM and the WILD ROSE. The name Â¨Analog TripÂ¨ entered the electronic scene in July 1996, through a CD of 25.000 copies, which was put into circulation by a well-known, for that period, music magazine for dance music. That particular CD made a lot of impression, and so was played on Cool FM and Life FM. Since then and for a long time Â¨Analog TripÂ¨ was among the choices of different CD references to Greek artists, while, at the same time he appeared as Guest DJ on the decks of: Plan B, Face the music, Camel Club (Live + DJ Set), Noise, Loop, Muller. In the summer, he also appeared on Paros, on the decks of Linardo, Monastiri, Cafe del Mar, Mezzo Mezzo, Bananas, Santa Maria, in order to promote his music. Recently, his music was released in four collections of GRAVITY RECORDINGS with the title of Â¨Galeraki mykonos chillout moods and groovesÂ¨ and Â¨Cafe CapriceÂ¨ in a more atmospherical style, without affecting his basic set, which is moved from Freestyle and Tribal beats to techno & Deep, according to the circumstances. Since 1999 he has played mainly in small Freestyle and Lounge places, believing that there you can play more easily the music of the future, such as Whisper, Loop, Zoo, One Happy Cloud, Astron, 7 Heaven, Bee, Orbit, Gaze at, Groovin, Playroom, Almodovar, Nosofa, Mommys. In the year 2008 created his own record label under the name "Elektrik Dreams Music".

The DMC is an after school club at the Berlin Cosmopolitan School that meets once a week to make music. Using some old donated music gear and Ableton production software, we play with music, write our own songs, DJ and perform live shows.

We started in 2008 with the help of our friends from Ableton. In the beginning there were just a few of us and a couple old desk top computers. As a tiny after school club from a nonprofit private school, we happily took what we could get. Lucky for our us, our neighbours at Ableton helped us out with some music production software. As our school grew, we were eventually able to start using laptops. Now we DJ and play live sets at our school dances and concerts and sometimes at local shows.

Pershing Middle School is a magnet fine arts school located in Houston, TX.  Students of Pershing study all aspects of music production including composition and live performance using mostly Ableton Live Suite 8 and a fully loaded midi/audio lab.
