Hitting the ground running at the start of 2024, Darin Epsilon's highly regarded label celebrates Volume 8 of its successful series "Perspectives Around the World".

Opening the 5 track tour across 5 continents, Bound (AUS) are a Melbourne-based duo who began their musical journey together in 2019.  Sharing a passion for Melodic Techno and Progressive House, a clutch of releases has quickly found success on the likes of Area Verde, UGENIUS, and Polyptych.  

Making their Perspectives Digital debut, "Awaken" is redolent in Bound's "deep driving basslines", as a chunky groove lays the foundation for an emotive lead line to make its presence felt, before a haunting vocal phrase is repeated in chanted pattern across the 6 minute piece.  Building through the breakdown to a rousing zenith, "Awaken" then drops back into its powerful rhythmic undertone.

A new artistic trio to grace the Perspectives Digital catalog, Nihil Young, Unseen & Robin Korsal join forces with the potent "Night We Seek". Responsible for nearly 1000 production credits dating back to late 2008, Nihil Young is a renowned figure within the underground dance fraternity. The Italian native has seen a rapid rise to prominence in the past 12 months, including a #1 hit on Beatport's Melodic House & Techno Hype chart with his track "Sweet Dreams". With his cutting-edge sound ever in-demand, plus recent releases on Paul Van Dyk's Vandit Records, Purified, Einmusika, SHÈN Recordings, and Beatfreak, Nihil continues to impress with his masterful soundscapes and cutting-edge, cross-genre work.

Originally hailing from New York City and now based in Nuremberg, Adrian Barrin aka Unseen is an active YouTuber, event organizer, and prominent figure in the world of Melodic House & Techno. Perspectives is involved with various projects that contribute to its success.  Music licensing, live events, and remix competitions have assisted in growing the label and expanding its fanbase.  Record label showcases are organized and held during the world-renowned events such as Amsterdam Dance Event and Miami Winter Music Conference.

In 2015, Perspectives Digital partnered with Beatport Play to organize a remix competition for "Outliers" by Darin Epsilon and Cid Inc.  The competition proved a major success with over 250 submissions.  Michael & Levan and Stiven Rivic vs. Rick Pier O’Neil were named the Grand Prize winners with Subandrio, SummerMarian, and Solid Stone as the runners-up.  The Community Pick winner was awarded to Las Vegas based producer Nathan Clement.

Perspectives teamed up with Sonic Academy in June 2017 for a remix competition of Darin Epsilon's "One Thousand and One Nights".  Epsilon provided Sonic Academy detailed videos explaining how the track was made, later giving the contestants an opportunity to download the project file and stems.  Even though this was the first time any website created a tutorial dedicated to producing classic Progressive House, Sonic Academy received a record number of submissions with Paul Kardos, Ejaz Ahamed, and Magnetic Brothers being named the winners.

Internationally acclaimed DJ, producer, radio host, and label owner Darin Epsilon is often referred to as a pioneer of Melodic House & Techno and Progressive House.  His Perspectives radio show and podcast reaches tens of thousands of listeners every month.  He launched his Perspectives Digital record label in November 2010 as an extension of the brand, further solidifying his influence and presence within the global dance community. In 2016 he was nominated for ‘Best Progressive House Artist’ in the annual Beatport Awards, and in 2011, John Digweed named him one of the winners in his DJ Competition sponsored by Bedrock and Ableton Live.  He also became the first artist ever to release a tutorial for producing Progressive House after teaming up with SonicAcademy.com

To date, Darin has released music on many of the industry's most respected labels including Katermukke, Einmusika, Sudbeat, Renaissance, Global Underground, Parquet, Selador, Warung, Hope Recordings, microCastle, and more. As a gifted student of music from an early age, former record shop employee, and former director of a college radio station, Darin draws inspiration from his nearly encyclopedic knowledge and genuine appreciation of electronic music.  He cites a variety of important influences in the past decade, from the early Leftfield and Future Sound of London albums, to the iconic Global Underground compilation series, to the sweeping sounds of Paul Oakenfold circa 1999, to Sasha & Digweed's mind-blowing Delta Heavy tour in 2002.

If you have ever been in the audience to catch one of his live sets, it becomes immediately apparent that he is proficiently skilled as a DJ as well.  His frequent flyer miles are continually on the rise with regular tours around the world.  He has electrified audiences across the United States, as well as headlined dozens of countries across 6 continents.

Over the years, he has shared the spotlight with many of dance music's superstars including Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, John Digweed, Sasha, James Zabiela, Armin van Buuren B2B Markus Schulz, Above & Beyond, BT, and countless others.  He has headlined over 7 major festivals by North America’s biggest promoter, Insomniac Events, and been invited to perform at Amsterdam Dance Event, Ultra Music Festival, Burning Man, BPM Festival, and South By Southwest (SXSW).
