5- Crapivva - Vig

A mix I recorded to commemorate our dear friend Árni Grétar, also known as Futuregrapher among other aliases, that passed away at the beginning of this year. All of the tracks in this mix were written and produced by him and it clearly shows how versatile of a producer he was, with his music spanning the scale from slow, soothing ambient drones to hasty drum and bass tempos.

Árni also held an important social role for the Icelandic electronic scene by organizing and being part of events and labels such as Weirdcore, Extreme Chill, Móatún, Intellitronic Bubble and many others. May you float on in ambient space, breakbeats and acid lines until eternity when we meet again brother..

Árni Grétar a.k.a. Futuregrapher [Memorial Mix]

Written in 1995 and following up on "It's Not Alright" and "Midnight Love", this track was planned for release but unfortunately wasn't finished in time. Now re-recorded, mixed and mastered and hoping Rose finds the finished version soon!
