Happy Days

“Cosmic Racer in the Den” takes the Appalachian black racer snake — the fast, fearless guardian of Cedar Knob — and blasts it into another dimension. Where the Jam Band version tells the outlaw story of a racer slipping past pit vipers, and the Sacred version turns it into a spiritual pilgrimage, the Psychedelic version makes the racer a streak of lightning through the universe.

In this track, the rattlesnake and copperhead dens at the base of Cedar Knob aren’t just stone piles — they become cosmic gateways. The pit vipers are keepers of universal knowledge, and the black racer is the fearless traveler who dares to pass through.

Swirling guitars, sitar drones, tribal percussion, and reversed whispers create a trance-like atmosphere. The listener is carried into a soundscape where nature, myth, and the cosmos collide — Cedar Knob’s golden dome glowing as both a mountain crown and a cosmic beacon.

Mes morceaux reflètent mon approche visuelle : un mélange de minimalisme, de sonorités modernes et de touches surréalistes. J’explore des thèmes comme le temps, l’introspection, et la mémoire, tout en cherchant à créer des ambiances singulières et immersives. Mon travail n’est pas là pour plaire à tout le monde, mais pour provoquer, amener à réfléchir, à ressentir...
Toutes mes créations, y compris les pochettes, sont de ma propre conception.

My name is IPAD, I’m a visual artist and composer. After spending a large part of my life painting, I started making music almost two years ago. My tracks reflect my visual approach: a mix of minimalism, modern sounds, and surreal touches. I explore themes like time, introspection, and memory, aiming to create unique and immersive atmospheres. My work isn’t meant to please everyone, but to provoke, to make you think, to make you feel.
