It gives me great pleasure to welcome Paolo Bardelli as my special guest this week. Hailing from Italy, he is a true DJ Veteran with more than 40 years of experience behind the decks. 

He has played at some of the best Italian clubs, as well as being a resident DJ at the Half Moon Festival on Koh Panghan in Thailand.

As well as DJing, Paolo is a talented producer, having released several hundred tracks and remixes over the past decade. I have bought and played many of his records on my show, and they are full of pumpoing disco energy. He is also the owner of B Club Milano records, an awesome label that releases quality funk, disco and house.

For more than 20 years he’s been reworking disco and funk classics as label boss of Alpaca Edits and Llama Farm Recordings, updating originals with a distinctive dance‑floor edge. His prolific remixes have been played by DJs worldwide — he’s a regular at Beatherder, made his Ring stage debut this summer alongside Utah Saints and Jaegerossa, and is a Mastermix remixer alongside Ben Liebrand, Sgt Slick and DJ S. He’s shared decks with Young Pulse, Michael Gray, Craig Charles, Dr Packer and Jo Whiley, and already has dates booked for 2026. 

Simply put:  he makes what he loves in the headphones come out the big speakers.
