Although I have tried to be as faithful as possible to the original signatures and themes, this arrangement contains a different middle section to replace the drum solo, and also different sounds and elements.

The song that launched a thousand gifs. I made this track in 2004, which is around when I started putting animations on the internet. At the time my computer was always running out of memory, much like my own brain, so this was a kind of nostalgic reminiscence of a life lived mostly playing video games.

Well, okay, it was made after I had more experience than the others, but it's still really neat. 

Once again, there are lyrics, but once I get a garden going and grow a pear or get someone to sing for me... *looks at Owl City wistfully*... you're probably not going to get them. Bummer.

Eitr - Infectious

Hey, everyone! It's been a while, yeah, but I'm still making stuff. I'm taking a music class this semester, so if that doesn't help me make more stuff, I don't know what will. 

I got a lot of storms over the summer, but they were really pretty and inspired this one. It's still got the last outro bit to go, but I like where it's going. There's going to be more to come, I promise!

Hey, everyone! I'm back, still alive, and by all means making music! I've been experimenting with Ableton for quite a while now, and I have to say, this is a testament to how far I've come and where I can go, now that I've got the hang of it. 

I also discovered that I really like orchestral stuff mixed with electronic things too. Expect awesome things like this to come!

Also, this is not my original work. The intro is actually midi taken directly from my music teacher's website, and he got it from a composer by the surname of Larsen... hence the title. I merely took what she did, sat in a car on a road trip with it for about twenty or thirty hours, and came out with something I ended up actually really liking. 

So yeah! We're sort of back! I've still got a lot going on, so I obviously won't be able to post much because homework and school take priority(sadly)but next semester I have a specific class dedicated to making music, one hour a day, so I'll hopefully be able to get more out on here.

This is a MIDI compilation of the various themes heard throughout the Security Level and the final areas in the game. It was originally arranged by a man with the internet alias "Chicago", probably uploaded some time in 1998 (original site seems to be down). The tempo is about 3-4% faster than in the game and he added a stereo separation in the bass among a few other minor tweaks, but largely the MIDI data is unchanged.

The track is being rendered through the Arachno Soundfont (http://www.arachnosoft.com/main/soundfont.php) a soundfont meant to compliment old MS-DOS video games. The MIDI controller I used is a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS.

This one's been on the burner for a while (we're on about 5.2.4 or something) and I've never uploaded it for some reason. I guess I hoarded in in a way, because I really like how it turned out... but nobody likes a greedy artist. So here we are - hope you enjoy! 

Oh, and also, this is gonna be the start of a long line of projects that I might eventually get around to in a few centuries - or maybe this summer, depending on what happens and where my motivations lie. So, hold tight for the story that accompanies this beast...
