Rumblejunkie a.k.a Wesley Waldo, began djing drum'n'bass in '99 and producing and djing dubstep in '07. Now a multi-genre electronic bass music producer and dj veering back into drum'n'bass/halftime/jungle as well as dubstep, trap, glitch hop, and future bass.
His style is edgy and dark, yet funky with huge sub and grungy/grindy basslines and focuses on production, creating intricate tunes that are dark, groovy, and often sprinkled with pop culture samples and references. As one of the old-school heads in the American bass scene, he prides himself on educating others about the genres and their history, all the while pushing the latest bass music sounds and styles, creating a truly unique experience each and every time he steps on stage

We asked the DnB streets about Solid and they f*cked us up for being nosey. Said they ain't snitchin but word is he's been raving for a real long time. Joe Solid comes from the Midwest but has called Denver home for the past 19 years. In that time, he's been a resident DJ at nearly every club that has hosted DnB in town - from back in the Snake Pit up to the Black Box today. He is also proud to be a part of one of the best known US drum and bass crews, Recon.

Hard to pin down to one style, he tends to drop footwork with drum n bass and he loves playing new tunes! Catch him at the next Recon DnB event, at various venues around Denver, or perhaps at your favorite festival.
