The hymn Enthoten De chanted in English. This hymn is one of many examples of a purely scriptural inspiration of hymnology - being taken from Luke 22;28-30, in which Christ is speaking to the disciples during the Last Supper saying to them "But you who stood with me in my temptations, I will establish with you my Holy Covenant forever. I will let you eat with me on my table in my kingdom. I will seat you on twelve thrones you will judge the twelve tribes of Israel." This hymn provokes the listener to steadfastness and a deliberation in following Christ amidst an environment of struggle and doubt.
