Dubai-based Arnav built his musical foundations on classical music, and the fluidity that comes with that education is apparent throughout his career in producing music for film, tv, fashion shows and video games.

Arvan’s forays into house music are relatively recent, with his debut release ‘Running
Outta Words’ on One28 Recordings in 2014 receiving support from Maceo Plex, Martin Landsky and John Digweed.

JC Pinto made Dj career after years of never imagining it could be more than just a hobby of just collecting records, after having lived out most of his life in the city of Dubai. His stompin’ style which is crossover between various sub genres of house music, and his ability to read a crowd, gave him quick recognition amongst local DJs and clubbers.

In 2005, JC started working at Ohm Records, being the only independent record store in the Middle East and the people responsible of bringing club nights like the FingerLickin’ Sessions, Renaissance, Cocoon, Get Physical, Minus, Shindig and the Chill Out Festival to Dubai.

Now, Moodmusic offers up the debut EP from Arnav, featuring Allana Kajdi on vocals and two sleek remixes from Lorenzo Calvio and JC Pinto. JC Pinto’s remix ups the original's tempo with shuffling percussion to make for a dark but more club focused feel.
