Music has been, and continues to be, the thread binding RICHA’s past, present, and future as an artist. Growing up in a family that recognized his innate musicality, he was encouraged to learn the piano, guitar, and even the violin. However, none of these instruments resonated with him as much as the drums did. Experimenting with beats and kicks, the drums drew him closer to electronic music (and far, far away from his neighbors’ approval). Inspired by luminaries like Daft Punk, RICHA dedicated much of his time to experimenting with electronic music.

Landing residencies at some of the most prestigious venues in the region, he honed his craft, pushing his boundaries, and learning to communicate with diverse audiences through hot cues and a carefully curated selection each time. His refined taste and crowd-reading skills propelled him to some of the world’s hottest stages, from Paris Fashion Week to Vogue Arabia, making him the perfect face for Moët et Chandon. Growing his name and following, he has shared the stage with household names like Black Coffee, Adam Port, and John Legend.

Techno dj and producer Rolando Vallice is one of the latest stars to emerge from the Netherlands. The future is looking bright for Rolando, who is getting more and more support from the big jocks. With recent support and airplay from leading artists such as Dave Clarke, Laurent Garnier, Nick Warren and earlier support from Umek, Paco Osuna, Slam, Paul Hazendonk and many others.

Dark and bass driven minimal techno with a progressive touch are words that come up to mind after listening to Mr Vallice's sometimes 'out-is-this-earth' djsets and tracks. Rolando is adept at rocking crowds with his DJ sets and his dynamism behind the decks and his track selection and ability to drop exclusive tracks from his own studio gives him a unique sound.

Besides new releases, Rolando is working on a new podcast to make sure 2014 kicks off in a big way.

Rothfunk (formerly known as dj/producer Gus Tinto) as we know him, has begun as little as any other DJ. He grew up in the region of Rotterdam in the Netherlands en has played the piano ever since he was able to walk. He had his own drive-in-show as a teenager and played for his school and local sportclubs.
When he made his first steps as DJ ‘The Clubdoctor’ in 1997, he was invited for several large party’s within a year. He stood next to some familiar (Dutch) DJ’s like; Robin Alberts (Jaydee), 2 O’clock Ron, Miss Monica, Mark van Dale, Darkraver, Stanton, DJ Paul Elstak and many others.

In 2005, he has changed his name to DJ Gus Tinto, this fits him and his style of music better. He managed to develop his own sound and is inspired by the party sounds of his favorite party island, Ibiza. Gus Tinto has been varying several music styles like; Tech house, latinhouse, funky club, progressieve club & vocals.
DJ’s like Erick Morillo, Roger Sanchez & Roog has always been a great influence on Gus Tinto. He has shared the decks with top producers and top jocks: Erick Eerdhuizen (Erick E), dj Roog, Funkerman, Baggi Begovic, Lucien Foort, Jean. and many others.
Gus Tinto is to be found at many clubs, party’s and events in the regions of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and internationally Belgium, Valencia, Barcelona and Ibiza Spain. This year (2012) he was on a special promo tour at the coast of Spain and ended later this summer on Ibiza. There he play's just like dj Roog & Lucien Foort on one of the cruises of: Ibiza Party Cruises.

Between his gigs, you can find him in his studio and working hard at producing his tracks & remixes for various national and international Record labels. Gus has worked in the studio with, among others, Gus Calderone (The House Moguls), Aad Mouthaan, Mitch Major, Bram Troost to name a few. Gus' latest (digital) release is the Dutch Tech EP on the illustrious Funktion Black label at Chicago (out in sept 2012).
