Peter DiMaggio is an American Songwriter and Producer from Long Island, New York. He is a multi-instrumentalist who has worked with several bands from the East Coast. He is also the former owner of Underground Studios in Queens, New York.

Disorderly Conduct was an Astoria, Queens based NYHC band that formed in 1982. Starting out, the band played punk covers before doing original material.  The first demo was created in the Manhattan Music Building in the Fuzztones rehearsal space in June 1983; hard to believe it was 40 years ago. The demo was not in the best quality but some tracks were put out on two compilations: I’m Buck-Naked cassette compilation in 1984 and Hardcore Amerika (the Reagan Years-1st Term), CD Compilation 2001. Javi Savage, from Savage Circle Big City Records and Fanzine, asked us to record a few tracks with better sound quality for his 84 release of Big City Records Nice and Loud 7” EP Compilation. He picked one track which is also on Big City Records the First Three LP released in 1985. 
 
During this time the band consisted of: 
Steve- Vocals
Vlado and Pete- Guitars
Jay-Bass
Jerry-Drums
 
In this time span, the band played at A-7, CBGB’s, and Columbia University Student lounge. In 1984, Steve left the band and was replaced by Damien on vocals. In late 1984, we did a 15 song demo at Don Fury Studios. In 1985, we had 2 tracks put on the rare hard to find cassette compilation United Scene Live at CBGB’s, Guillotine Fanzine Benefit, matinée show. Late 1985, the band shared a rehearsal space with Krieg Kopf, that was also later used by Agnostic Front to rehearse for the release of Justice for All LP. 
 
At this point the line-up of the band changed to:
Damien Javor-Vocals
Vlado Grgas and Paul Rapid (Rapid Deployment)-Guitars
Pete DiMaggio-Bass
Jerry Lezaja-Drums
 
With this line-up, the band went on to record a 7 song demo at Baby Monster Studios in New York City. John Dancy, from Urban Waste Major Conflict, took over the drummer position after Jerry’s departure. The band was very active playing shows, but our last show was the matinée at Lismar Lounge in New York City. Paul Rapid went on to play with The Blame, and Pete went on to play briefly with Warzone, and also did a European tour with Cause for Alarm. John Dancy went to do reunions with Urban Waste and then Major Conflict but both were short lived.

We're a rock trio located in Davis, CA and record psychedelic rock, grunge, indie rock, and pop rock originals.
