The Analog Series are an especially welcome treasure trove, offering four previously unheard tracks all produced in a full analogic way.

Roma de Cicco is part of a new generation of French producers applying the semantics of P funk to house music. The result is a contemporary update of that fashionable 80s genre. It's all about that screwface you do when the bassline is coming.

Devan Lay offers us an unexpected vocal track for ANALOG's label. It starts with a fat beat and a funky preparation and then suddenly this descent with wide synths, almost trancey that give the feeling of standing in the middle of two decades. It really is the time of great rave tracks with vocals, soaked of 80's references. 

The Italian duo forming "Rhythm Staircase" brings the final touch to this EP with "Afro Elite" a soft mixture of Latin jazz and Tech house. The perfect track for sunsets and mojitos.

One of the UK’s foremost electronic artists MJ Cole makes his D4 D4NCE debut with ‘Knock Knock’, featuring prolific house vocalist Clementine Douglas. An acclaimed London DJ, producer, label boss and remixer who has earned BRIT Award and Mercury Music Prize nominations, as well as a MOBO Best Producer award, MJ Cole’s extensive catalogue has shaped the UK dance music scene since seminal release ‘Sincere’, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2025. He has remixed Disclosure, Amy Winehouse, Alicia Keys, Jorja Smith, De La Soul and Mariah Carey, with his 2010 originals spotlighting grime heavyweights like AJ Tracey, Wiley and Kojey Radical. He has produced for a slew of top tier artists, including ‘Crown’ for Stormzy in 2019, while 2024 saw him collaborate with one of the UK’s freshest electronic talents Eliza Rose for ‘Business As Usual’.
 
Now landing on D4 D4NCE in advance of his set at the London label’s O Beach Ibiza residency, MJ Cole is joined by house staple Clementine Douglas, an established singer-songwriter and vocalist whose impressive catalogue includes collabs with MK, MEDUZA, Ferreck Dawn, Hannah Wants, Sonny Fodera and The Blessed Madonna. Together the two deliver an uplifting record, co-produced by Piers Agget from Rudimental; ‘Knock Knock’ harkens back to the golden era of UKG with MJ Cole’s glossy, modern production supporting Clementine Douglas’s agile topline.
