*Updated Note* : In the interest of clarification - what I did for this particular set of songs is; I cut out my favorite parts of the song, chopped them into individual little slices, elongated them to a tempo I found most comfortable using editing software, and rearranged almost every 1/4 1/8th or 1/16h of a bar to a new melody I found pleasing, thereby manipulating the harmonies, melodies, & length of the song.

I did NOT simply just "time stretch" these songs as others have. I also spent quite some time EQing unwanted frequencies out of the mix for a more enjoyable listening experience, as well as going as far as adding bass notes to the lower octaves to boost make the mix a little more powerful.

So, for this particular mix which is 5:47 long, I only used approx. 20 seconds of the original song :D
