The third collaborative effort between producers Lila Tirando a Violeta and Sueuga sees the two artists effortlessly combining their styles for an organic, two-track sonic experience at the intersection between cyberpunk and Latin tribal mysticism. Distorted drums, eerie textures and abrasive industrial sounds come together in the unsettling heavy-hitter “Residual Self-Image”, while Lila’s vocal performance floats over the manic percussion and melodic minimalism of Sueuga and Tazar Yoot in “Archivios Corruptos”.
As intense as it is sudden, “Residual Self-Image” entangles the audience with its dark atmospheres and oppressive rhythms, making its rare bright passages precious instants of pure bliss.

With the double compilation “Infinite Summer: Ekstase & Fantasi”, katharsis celebrates the return of raves and concerts to society after a long period of pandemic shutdown. A magical summer has passed filled with an incredible pallet of emotional material, ready to be expressed. Therefore, we encouraged a collection of artists we adore to channel their imagination of the greatest way to conclude an endless summer night into a piece of music.

This resulted in a grand assemblage of harmonious manifestations, naturally splitting into two divisions with opposing focuses. On the first part of the duology “Ekstase” coming out on September 20th, we are presented with fourteen tracks for the dancefloor in an array of different styles, ranging everywhere from energetic morning vibes on the junglish opener “Origin, Gate's Dawn” by Yem Gel to hardcore sensations on Mang’s trap-infused roller “Based Halo”.

"Be Air Be Air" is the first single of the upcoming album "Aerate" by Kelvin T, to be released on Feb 28 2020.

For Kelvin T’s second full-length album "Aerate", Hong Kong-based musician utilises sound to mimic a hallucinogenic state of mind, and structures sound to guide listeners to abandon their focus and consciousness.

After his last album "Unlock Voice", released in late 2018 through Hong Kong-based label Absurd TRAX, Kelvin T seeks for new sonic palette and a shift in focus. The result is Aerate, a collection of songs to be consumed like substances and to provide a headbanging relaxation. Compared to the last album "Unlock Voice", which focuses on eliciting specific emotions through associations with sounds, "Aerate" aims to transport listeners into an alternate state of mind and body that can possibly only be achieved through substances.

The name "Aerate" implies the intention of the album; to aerate your mind, let loose of being conscious and alerted. In order to truly experience this album, one must give in to the music without much focus, aerating your mind with intoxication and vices.
