This fourth release is a special collab release. The first track Petter B has joined forces with two producers from his hometown Gothenburg. John H and M.E.E.O have been part of the Swedish underground scene since they learned how to spell 303 and are both addicted to hardware gear. With their skillful crafting of the melodic parts and Petters feel for drums and arrangement this track was born. It is a melodic monster with a simple yet effective arrangement. 

On the flip side there are two tracks made by Stockholm based producer Kimono. A familiar name to those fond of that Stockholm sound. He has done releases on famous labels such as H-Productions, ISL and BEK Audio. These two tracks are best described as tooly and effective weapons to be used and abused by any DJ wanting to spice up the mix. The two tracks made it in to Petter Bs crate immediately as demos. From that point they went through the same refinement process as his own tracks usually experience. Tweaking the sound and doing some fine tuning after testing it in his sets, something that has become known as "that bond treatment".

The label Bond is the brainchild of Swedish techno DJ and producer Petter B. The concept of the label is “music by DJs for DJs”. The label focuses on releasing tracks that enable the DJ, rather than the producer, to be creative. It is based on that special bond which is created every time a DJ combines tracks, loops and sounds live into something new and unique.

The 6th release on Bond celebrates its makers return to the wheel. It consists of three tracks made by Petter B and is part of a series called “Roots”. The a-side, “Roots Pt I”, is as ballistic track that got a simple yet addictive stab as a hook. It sound could best be described as that t-shirt you went clubbing in for 24h and that you should wash thoroughly before ever wearing again. That dirty. On the flip side you got Drummer III which, like its predecessors, is a simple yet effective tool track. Last but not least you got “Shut Your Eyes”. Follow the titles advice and leap of into infinity and beyond with this 303/707 minimalistic soundscape voyage. A perfect end to a great night.

After a break in releasing Bond is now back with its originator Petter B performing four new tracks. The Daemon within is a journey alongside a dark force that many of us carry. The divine voice that steers us to great deeds and keeps us exploring. But also the one that at times pulls us down into the abyss where one easily can get lost. An abyss where time keeps on ticking but nothing advances. These tracks represent a way through and a way forward.

The 7th release on Bond is the second release in Petter B´s series called “Roots”. On the A-side you find a “Roots Pt. II” with a big yet simple hoover lead. Its simple structure together with its powerful breakdown and tons of dirt makes it a great weapon in a DJs arsenal. On the flip side there are two tracks, the outer one is called “First Wave”. The track has a powerful low end and a rhythmic and minimalistic hook. It builds up almost like a wave and plunges down into a break and begins its journey one more time. The inner track on the b-side is a percussive monster. Its hook is made up of dubbed out percussive elements. After listening to it in a dark room for to long you can almost hear the tre drums starting to talk to you.

The label Bond is the brainchild of Swedish techno DJ and producer Petter B. The concept of the label is “music by DJs for DJs”. The label focuses on releasing tracks that enable the DJ rather than the producer to be creative. It is based on that special bond which is created every time a DJ combines tracks, loops and sounds live into something new and unique.

This first release is a three-track EP made by Petter B himself. The first track is “The Transistor Rhythm”. It is an atonal banger with a firing backbeat made for big rooms. With dark percussions and heavy bottom this track is a destroyer. On the flip there is “Drummer I” that is an atonal 606/808/909 beat that could be mixed with anything needing a bit of forward momentum. The track goes up and down in intensity, perfectly crafted for the dance floor. “Jacker” is a romantic chord-driven track with enough atmospheric noise and dust to form a new universe. The whole release reeks of distortion, abandoned warehouses and sweaty clothes.
