Kidnap is an artist whose music overflows with emotion - rich and powerfully evocative.

Recording in London, Kidnap (real name Matthew Relton) likens his process to that of a sculptor, starting with a block of sound and chopping away until a shape emerges. As such, each song exists ornately carved with a handcrafted subtly.

Still just 33, Relton is already something of an industry veteran. Releasing his first single in 2012 kicked off an eight-year stretch of global touring that came to a grinding halt when the pandemic put the world on pause.

2024 marks a new chapter for Kidnap, with his next body of work on the horizon. Set against the backdrop of a changing world and the arrival of a baby daughter, Relton offers a bittersweet reflection on the passing of time. ‘It’s about looking back on the last 12 years — the touring and the friends and the sleeplessness,” says Relton, “and realising that in order to embrace the life I have now, I need to let it all go.’ The music shimmers with nostalgia. Signature sad melodies dance deftly around commanding synth lines, altogether sounding like an artist with a new found sense of purpose.

This Austrian deep house & indie pop duo have rapidly risen the ranks, stealing music hearts across the globe. Möwe was founded by members Clemens Martinuzzi and Melanie Ebietoma in 2013. Now in their mid 20’s and both music aficionados from the start, the two met while they were playing in Indie Rockbands; “Mary lost her Pathos” and “At Pavillon”. They quickly realised that their music stylings matched incredibly well, and began creating music together! First inspired by a bitter cold winter day in Vienna and their longing for something to bring them warmth and a high spirited feeling, they decided to create their new sound, which was the birth of Möwe. The rest, as they say, is history…

The unique duo released their first official track together in 2014 on Stil Vor Talent – the label of Oliver Koletzki. They then began developing their own distinct sound and style, bringing tunes like Blauer Tag (2013, 6 Million Streams), Sonnenkind (2014, 12 Million Streams), Birds flying high (2015, 17 Million Streams), and Lovers Friends (2016, 17 Million Streams). Their debut album "Back in the Summer" was released in 2016, which welcomed huge fan and notable DJ support. They have also had tremendous success on many of their single tracks, one of the most notable being Skyline in 2017, which has pulled in 10 Million+ streams and radio play worldwide including on the US taste makers station Sirius XM. 

They have stellar taste in labels, and have worked in tandem with Universal Music, Atlantic Records, Ministry of Sound, Big Beat, Armada Music, Ultra Music, Spinnin’ records and the powerhouse that is Discowax Sony worldwide. Among other interesting facts, they are extremely proud of their singing prowess, the fact that they both play guitar and bass, and that they both play keys. This impressive show of musicianship is just one of the reasons their live shows are a unique wow factor for the fans and are not to be missed! Showing no signs of slowing down for 2018, Möwe are bringing a stack full of new music including a collaboration with Sam Feldt, while also continuing to entertain fans with their live PA performances across the globe and Möwe’s Flying High Radio Show expanding to new levels. 2005 is the year Yade (’86) aka Judith van Ark discovered the music scene. As being a dancing teacher at that time, hyping up her classes with her energy, she was born to be a performer. Drizzled by a small virus that is called music, one and one made two. And so she started her dj-career back in 2006.
5 years after, she started to develop her production skills, focusing on the techhouse sound which she fully embraced.

Not easily satisfied, she waited for the right time to go public with her best massive banger productions and it was effective immediately. Sidney Charles picked up her second release ‘Guilty Pleasure’ and played this track around the globe in almost every single one of his sets at that time.

Then ‘People’ came out. Sidney Charles picked this up as well and the release after that, ‘Bassgroove’, became a new favorite of Santé, quote: “This is so so dope”.
After the support from these two guys, support from Josh Butler, Dale Howard and Low Steppa, and airplay at several radiostations was added and made her even more beloved by a bigger crowd. Releases on Cr2 Records, Criminal Hype and Twisted Fusion followed, so Yade is here to stay.
 
Besides her production skills, sensing the crowd is what characterizes Yade. She amazes people with her rolling techhouse sets and people embrace her because of her genuineness and endless energy when performing. When she’s behind the decks, it’s hard to not be moved by her, that’s a thing we can assure you.

The sun is shining, sunglasses are on, while staring at the clear sky, a warm wind breezes through the air... with the deep blue lake down below. Waves tickling your toes, while enjoying a cold beer. The whisper of the wind in the background, blends together with the sound of the waves and a strong groove coming from the speakers. This atmosphere has an absolute soothing effect and induces this strong feeling of peace and happiness. „It's all good!“ Lakechild is a german deep house music project, consisting of Dominik Wassermann and Nicolas Böttger, founded in 2014.  Their mutual passion for electronic dance music and lakes (the German equivalent to the seaside) brought these two guys together. It was with all this in mind that Lakechild was born. 

Both guys have a thorough background in classical music (piano and French horn) and these influences are still very much a part of their music.  It was while they were still studying for their masters degree in Berlin and Zurich that they produced their biggest hit so far ("Diskostrand“) which sparked their new career. Other productions include „Nacktbaden“, an official remix of Lana Del Rey’s song „Black Beauty", and the official remix of Angus & Julia Stone's „Grizzly Bear“. With those few defining tracks under their belt, not only did they achieve international success, reaching the #1 spot on Hypem, but they also caught the attention of labels and signed to major label Universal Music.

When asked why Lakechild decided to make music and what they are trying to achieve, their only response was: „Music is...what migrates from one man's heart to another!“ A story which leaves the door wide open for many more chapters to come...
