Big up for supporting my music, it means a lot! A few years back, no one was really playing my tunes, but now I’ve got DJs and fans spinning my tracks on a daily – it’s mad. I started producing just out of boredom, and I’ll be real, my early stuff wasn’t all that – mixdowns, sound processing, even the sound choices weren’t up to scratch. So in 2022, I stepped back to level up, learned how pan, process sounds, mix & master so my tunes sounded industry quality, and that’s when my sound was truly born. 

It’s mad seeing my tunes get played on BBC – feels kinda surreal, but big respect to them for the support. I’m taking a step back from music for a bit, but you might see me pop up now and then with a track or two. Truth is, being a producer doesn’t really pay the bills. I got into this back in 2006, inspired by grime and bassline, and honestly, I feel like I’ve achieved what I set out to do. I rate myself as a producer, no doubt. Seeing my hit song "Like This" get played on a daily warms my heart.

It’s funny – sometimes you hear a track from someone who’s still figuring it out, and all you can do is laugh. These guys are out here using loops, the same rinsed-out MIDI patterns, not even adding instrument elements or even processing. Just a bassline and drums. I’ve seen too much of that on TikTok, and it just makes me shake my head. That’s why I have to give props to those who push boundaries and show real creativity, not the same copy-paste stuff. It’s horrible otherwise.
