At only 23 years Phalil is an artist from the French Independent label "French Dope Music Group." 
There is not a single rapper because it happens to diversify with the song, but also the instrumental side he selected his two talented beatmakers are Stef Becker & Spiider Key.
Its purpose? Rekindling the flame of Hip-Hop hexagonal while evolving with time and age. 
It differs from the other rappers "Game" by his image, his pen, his flow, his voice, but especially for his love towards MUSIC. 
One thing is sure, this MC 'is being done between other call Michael Jord'Jackson, storytelling bring freshness and dynamism in this "French Rap." 
It also will be able to broaden its audience to each new title.
