‘TOMORROW CHANGED TODAY’ (TOMORROWLAND ANTHEM 2012) – LE7ELS

Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike finally let the cat out of the bag as they announce the release of their highly anticipated Tomorrowland Anthem 2012 ‘Tomorrow Changed Today’, featuring none other than international superstar Kelis on vocals. 

The single, which perfectly encapsulates the mind-blowing atmosphere of what is widely regarded as the most original and awe-inspiring dance music spectacle on the planet, will be available from July 25th exclusively on www.beatport.com in its instrumental format, followed closely by the stunning Kelis vocal edit.

Of course it’s no easy task to try and capture the magic that is Tomorrowland but Dimitri and Mike, who have released a slew of huge singles, remixes and EPs over the past few years and of course produced the past two Anthems for the mega-festival, are now seasoned masters. In ‘Tomorrow Changed Today’ they once again manage to sum up in the space of six minutes what it really feels like to be part of such an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime musical experience.

The boys, currently #79 in the DJ Mag Top 100, also bag another feather in their rather crowded caps, confirming that the single will receive its full release on Avicii’s LE7ELS label, making ‘Tomorrow Changed Today’ the first ever non-Avicii track to be issued by the imprint.

The collaboration came about after both acts met up on the global festival circuit throughout 2012. Creative emails flew back and forth across Europe before the trio finally settled on the skeleton of ‘Mammoth’ as a potential new track. Speaking about the collaboration from his studio in Germany, MOGUAI said, “The track is not so far away from my own solo work. I said to myself, with the right mix this could be something huge, so we got into the studio together and at the end, we had the finished mix that you know now.”
 
A delicious slice of skewed electronica with ‘fist-pump’ written all over it, this titan of a track packs as much energy as it does technical class; crashing bass sections, warped synths and a huge breakdown combining the strengths of both production elements in one fell swoop. ‘Mammoth’ displays the extensive array of musical influences that these two world-renowned acts are constantly drawing their inspiration from, fusing everything together seamlessly for an anthem that will surely be an enormous smash in clubs and at festivals all over the world throughout 2013. It's the first official single of the album that dance land has been waiting for. The premier introduction to 'Intense', the fifth artist album of the world's number one DJ, Armin van Buuren. It's the feel-good 'This Is What It Feels Like' ft. Trevor Guthrie, that rushes in.

Its official music video was shot in the great Nevada desert, in between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, by Pixelheaven.tv. It features Armin van Buuren and Trevor Guthrie, racing cars for 'the hot girl' on the sandy roads. But there's also a surprising guest starring in the music video: American adult-film legend Ron Jeremy, playing the supporting role as owner of the road diner where Armin and Trevor continue their battle.

Gathering two years of extraordinary production work and song-writing, 'Intense' is the next addition to Armin's legacy. 'Intense' landing May 3rd, the first single is an exclusive pre-taste of its genre-bending sound.

Featuring Canadian singer/songwriter Trevor Guthrie, Armin brings a musical fusion that has its roots in dance, rock and pop. Coming together in the easy-listening, up-tempo tune that is 'This Is What It Feels Like', Armin once again proves not to be a prisoner of his own style.
