Since the beginning we try to keep us connected globally, spreading our scene’s expanding and diverse soundscapes, and it keeps us motivated when the going gets tough and we don’t get a chance to be together, like in the recent years. These past eight years have been anything but boring, as we grow together with the radio and its listeners, contributors and shows. We are so grateful to everyone for taking part and making this dream come true together, and making this frequency alive with the sounds of our visions and spirit. So this Friday from 13:00 CET join us on air for a celebratory and wide-range musical journey featuring resident radiOzora DJs, longtime returning friends and special debuting guests.
While in the first half of the show you can enjoy mostly low and mid tempo sets, starting from organic house, through psychedelic indie dance and retro-feel trancey techno, the 2nd half offers different styles of psychedelic music, such as psy-techno, zenonesque, groovy night psy and full on.

This week in our State Alchemy Exclusives we welcome a familiar face to the State Alchemy team, a man by the name of Splooj AKA Luke Weyer! Having a major love love for electronic music, Luke has become a household name here in South Africa playing at some of the State alchemy events as well as numerous other indoor events around Cape Town as well as in Vietnam where he is the co owner of the event company Liquid Hive, one of the main influences of Psytrance to Hanoi. Usually Splooj’s sets are focused on funky Psy-gressive and Dark Prog, but today he has prepared something a bit faster for us all to enjoy, so sit back relax turn those speakers up on full blast and get caught up in the journey of Splooj’s mind!

In our quest to bring diverse elements to the psychedelic table our next release wanders more into forest territory..

Banyan (Steve OOOD) and Zzbing (Sean Crollman) are psytrance astronauts from Oxford. They released their first collaboration 'Loca Solas'  on Japanese label Grasshopper Records in November 2020 to rave reviews. 

Powering full steam ahead they have now joined forces with the mighty Phantasm Records to release this humdinger of an E.P.  

Expect 'Outer Hedges' to lull you into a false sense of security with its hybrid flavours of progression before tripping you into a psychedelic wonderland..
 This track might tip you over the hedge.

 Title track 'Bat Dust' coaxes you into a crazy world of sounds strung together in a completely batty but beautiful way, before pouring you full tilt into a sea of wonderful sonic phantasmagoria.
